Overall fairly nice stay for a night. Fairly clean hotel, decent staff & unbeatable location to Bus Terminal. Plenty of delicious food. Units with balcony. Location near to Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Pai, the chaing Mai bus station and the bus terminals.

this hotel is ideal and clean, has very helpful staff and stunning location really close to the bus station. the place provides good prices. the units are well-equipped and quiet with a nice balcony. they have a lot of meals to choose from, the food is delicious.

The employees are AMICABLE and outstandingly accommodating. Whatever you need is this cheap room with mini fridge, Air conditioner and private bathroom.

Appreciated my fairly nice stay on vacation. I was upgraded to reasonably spacious and cheap twin room with balcony. Could use an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV set.

Loved our 30 nights stay. The staff were really helpful and decent, thanks to them everything was very good. Location: the hotel was near to the Old Town, the train station and taxis. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Vento Bar & Restaurant. Its food was appetising, with lots of meals. All in all our stay was fine, no complaints whatsoever.

This place is located just 3 km away from the popular Anusarn market and the rooms here are exactly what we needed. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly everywhere on the property and we have stayed here four times before and would absolutely return in the future.
